Founded in 2015 by two NHS doctors with extensive experience in both
hospital and pre-hospital care, Enhanced Care Services was created to bring
structure, safety, and clinical excellence to medical support at events.
Frustrated by the lack of governance in the sector,
they set out to raise the bar — and ECS has been doing exactly that ever since.
Today, we deliver gold-standard medical cover across events, ambulance services,
urgent care, and training. Every ECS clinician is hand-picked through a rigorous
selection process and supported by a robust clinical governance framework,
including consultant oversight, clear SOPs, and top-tier insurance.
